Refund policy

Overview

At Food Safety Warehouse, we take pride in providing high-quality sanitation and food safety products from trusted suppliers including FoamIt and Vikan. Because each order is fulfilled directly by our supplier partners, we do not generally accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.


No Refunds or Returns

All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This policy helps us maintain fair pricing and efficient operations across multiple fulfillment partners.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at office@factorivsolutions.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
We will review the claim and, if verified, coordinate with the supplier to arrange a replacement or refund at their discretion.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, tracking and delivery are the responsibility of the carrier. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we will assist in communicating with our suppliers or carriers to help resolve delivery issues whenever possible.


Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded. Please contact us first to confirm eligibility before sending any items back.


Exceptions

In rare cases, a return or refund may be approved at our sole discretion. Any approved refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
